Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized or custom items may require the full 3 business days before shipping. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $35
• Free Shipping: Orders $35 and over ship free
• Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International Orders: Currently available for select items on our Etsy shop only. Please see individual Etsy listings for details.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

Delays

Creative ZK Designs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@creativezkdesigns.com and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on non-personalized, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/custom items
• Digital downloads
• Clearance items

Return Process

1. Contact us at admin@creativezkdesigns.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange (for example, a plush in a different size), please contact us to arrange it.
