30-Day Return Policy for Creative ZK Designs
At Creative ZK Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item for any reason, we’re here to help. Here’s our 30-day return policy:
- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Initiating a Return:

- Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Timeframe:
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Several types of items are exempt from being returned, including personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards are exempt from returns.
- Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
